For Carl's second solo album, there seems to be an attempt to engage a wider variety of styles, and certainly of songwriters, with songs from Billy Hinche and covers of the title track and the standard Rockin' All Over The World. There even seems to be an effort to offer more value for money in providing 11 tracks instead of 8 last time around! However, despite the emotional Givin' You Up and the joyous What You Do To Me, there is still the same feeling of blandness that keeps the album far away from any sense of greatness. It won't break your eardrums by any means, but you still get the feeling Carl could have done much more.
