Good Vibrations: Smile

The Beach Boys

Sphinx Records SXCD 011
Sound quality: B-
Overall value: B

The sleeve is the familiar "Smile" sleeve, different colours though (mint-green and purple). There are sleeve-notes, but because the tracklisting doesn't match (different order), I think they were made for the vinyl version (or they copied them from another bootleg).

The sound quality is not so good, much hissing and sometimes distortion. The overall value has dropped considerably since I bought it (4 or 5 years ago), with the release of the GV-box, but because it contains tracks that aren't on the box I still treasure it.
